Complimentary Pass to OneOfAKind.Com NYC Art Show – Dec. 11 – 13

•December 11, 2009 • Leave a Comment

I have a special gift to the first of our New York Facebook fans who claims it. The One Of a Kind Show and Sale is happening this weekend, Dec 11 – 13, for four days. The show is at Pier 94, 12th Ave at 55th St. It is open to the public, but tickets are $15 at the door. This is an artisans and artists show where you can shop for unique gifts from hundreds of artists and designers. I have a complimentary pass for one person and a guest, for all four nights of the show.

For more details on show hours, artists and schedule of events, visit www.oneofakindshowny.com

I will post the show details in an Event notice shortly, but if you want to win a free ticket, here are the rules.

1. You must have a blog or website to play

2. Write a short, one paragraph post on your blog about your (postive ;) experience at the New Yorker Hotel.

3. The blog post or website post MUST include a link to our site (www.newyorkerhotel.com)

4. Be the first to post, and to send me an email with the details and link to your post, at ebryant@nyhotel.com, and you win!

That’s it – it’s that simple. Be the first to do that and you and a guest win a complimentary pass to the show. Thanks, and happy Channukah, Christmans, Kwanzaa, Hajj, or, if you’re non-religious – just Seasons Greetings :)

A few weeks ago we started a little contest. I asked our facebook fans to submit their best photos of our NYC hotel to our Facebook status feed. We received some very nice photos from several of our fans, and we really appreciate them. But one photo stood out among them. So, we would like to say thank you to Natascia Cardinale for submitting this great photo of our hotel:

from “The iTV Doctor: Confessions of a Macy’s Parade Balloon Handler”

-In early 2004, my wife met a gal who worked at Macy’s corporate offices. They got to talking, and my wife proclaimed our family’s love of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Her response was, “I have an offer you CAN’T refuse!”

At 6:00AM on Thanksgiving morning we reported to Parade HQ (The New Yorker Hotel) to pick up our costumes.
